Kimberly Marshall is on a mission to increase homeownership and financial literacy for underserved and under-resourced consumers to revitalize neighborhoods across the state of Arkansas.

Phyllis Rogers

Deputy Director

Phyllis Rogers has over 25 years' experience as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer. Phyllis enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and helping them find housing solutions.

Phyllis believes homeownership can be deferred but never denied. Phyllis is a HUD Certified Housing Counselor.
