Executive Director

Kimberly Marshall is on a mission to increase homeownership and financial literacy for underserved and under-resourced consumers to revitalize neighborhoods across the state of Arkansas.

Kim is a HUD Certified Housing Consultant

Phyllis Rogers

Deputy Director

Phyllis Rogers has over 25 years' experience as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer. Phyllis enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and helping them find housing solutions. Phyllis believes homeownership can be deferred but never denied.

Phyllis is a HUD Certified Housing Consultant

Jennifer Marshall

Assistant to the Directors

Jennifer Marshall holds a Master's Degree in Education and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Public Health from Agnes Scott College.

Jennifer currently resides in Texas where she is a Second grade teacher and the Grade Level Chair at a Texas charter school.
